Adopting daily habits that align with YOUR aspirations will only help to fuel your progress & ultimately transform your life. Whether you dream of launching a business, crushing an exam, or living a healthier lifestyle, consistent actions are the way to go!

So I say .. TODAY is the perfect day to start adopting habits that will transform your life, how about you ??

It’s great to have BIG DREAMS, but focusing on small everyday habits can make a huge impact on bringing you closer to achieving your goals. Seasonal changes can be the push you need to incorporate new habits and give your daily routine a refresh, so what better way to enter this summer season than with a shift in your mindset, resetting your focus, and unlocking your full potential?

Here are 10 Daily Habits that you can start adopting this summer to help you achieve your biggest goals! 


Goal setting doesn’t have to be hard. Keep it simple and don’t overthink. Whether it’s a daily goal like drinking enough water throughout the day or a bigger goal like paying off student loans, pinpoint exactly what you want to achieve. Consistency is key! If you prioritize showing up for yourself and have the strength to continuously hold yourself accountable, there’s nothing you can’t achieve. Sometimes, we’re the ones who stand in our way of being consistent. Shift that internal doubt to positive self talk and you’ll be surprised how much that little voice in your head impacts your consistency. YOU’VE GOT THIS! 


Life’s too short to stay in our comfort zones. Don’t be scared to try new things because, afterall … you never know what new doors it can open for you! You don’t have to go from 0 to 100, but consider starting small by ordering something new the next time you eat out, or taking a different route on your daily walk. Whatever way you try something new, you will 100% learn something new about yourself and that’s pretty cool! 


I love that there’s so much more emphasis nowadays on self-care. It’s CRUCIAL to take care of ourselves first and foremost. If we don’t, how can we expect ourselves to best take care of anyone or anything else? Finding ways each and every day to care for ourselves and protect our peace is the best thing we can do. Treat yourself with compassion, show yourself some love, and try to do something for yourself every day that puts YOU first and makes YOU happy. 


Your internal dialogue and the way you speak to yourself creates the narrative for how we approach each and every day. Wake up and set a sweet intention for yourself that’s positive, uplifting and kind. Write down 2-3 things every day that you are grateful for you and note how practicing gratitude flows into an overall more positive mindset. I’m sure this doesn’t come as a surprise for those who have been following me for a while, but I LIVE for my vision boards. I am BEYOND excited to crush my summer goals and want you to feel just as confident. I always kickstart my day in the gym to get me energized for the day ahead and I love a good bubble bath and curling up with a good book after my daily grind. Start small by adopting maybe one or two of these daily habits, like establishing an energized morning routine or practicing self-care, to help you stay focused and motivated.
