We know policies can sometimes feel rigid, but at the end of the day, our goal is simple: we want you to be happy! If you ever have an issue, reach out—we’ll always do our best to find a solution that works for you!

We believe in the power of the Daily Grind system! If you don’t feel a positive impact within 30 days of receiving your planner, you can return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

  • First-time customers: We cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Returning customers: A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging
✅ It is not a seasonal or final sale item

🚫 We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Final sale or seasonal items (these will be identified as such in product description)
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers


Return Process

Submit a Return Request: Email help@dailygrindplanner.com with your order number.

Receive a Prepaid Return Label: We cover the cost (excluding seasonal & final sale items).Returning customers: A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Send It Back: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.


Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it for free.

Gift returns: If your item was a gift, we can issue store credit instead of refunding the original payment method.


Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, email us at help@dailygrindplanner.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, but you can follow our return process after delivery.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to accommodate an exchange—just email us, and we’ll do our best!


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by your local customs office and carrier. These charges are not collected by The Daily Grind and cannot be refunded.
