Daily Grind Planner Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2 PM CT on business days ship the same day from our U.S. warehouse.

Two exceptions:

• Launch days. When a new collection drops, order volume is very high, so orders can take a few extra business days to ship.
• Pre-orders. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order ships together once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. The expected date is shown on the product page.

Haven't received a shipping notice within 2 business days of a regular order? Email us at help@dailygrindplanner.com and we'll look into it.

Shipping protection

You can add Route Package Protection at checkout. Route is a third-party service: if your protected order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you can file a claim with Route for a replacement or a full refund.
